Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our session times are reserved exclusively for you. Caseloads are kept to a minimum to accommodate flexibility of on demand appointments. In addition, our assessment sessions are approximately (4) hours long. It is our strict policy to stay on time for all scheduled appointments. Therefore, if at all necessary, your wait time is kept to a minimum. Due to the length of time provided for each appointment, you must arrive on time for your appointments.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will have no choice but to reschedule your appointment and you will be responsible for the fees of a no-show.

To avoid paying no-show fees, we require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice for all assessment cancellations. All therapy appointments require twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Reminder calls are not made before scheduled appointments.

Refunds for consultation bookings will be provided in full if cancellations occur as described above and re-booking is not an option.
